Newly charged batteries

The last time that I sat down to blog was a couple of months ago. It isn't like I have millions of people flocking to my site just to see what I have on my mind, but I really plan on doing this at least once a month this year.
As most of my customers already know, we decided to hire a consultant for the business. There were a bunch of reasons that we decided to do it, but we haven' even gotten to those yet. Instead, we have been busy discussing all kinds of actual business stuff. Things like budgets, market share, prduction rates, market density, and on and on. With discussion of those things comes planning for them too. I am confident that the True Landscaping that everyone sees this year will be a much better, more efficient, and more affordable version of the old. We are streamlining most of our prices and services. Many of our services will either be discounted or free when you bundle them together, and we are also going to be stepping up our referral rewards program. I could go on and on about this stuff, but I'll spare you.(for now).
In the past, January, February, and March were typically months that I personally relaxed, did some things to the house that I didn't have time for the rest of the year, or just kinda took a state of veg. I haven't looked at a paintbrush, or any other home improvement object this winter. I have been busy with the business side of things this winter, and there is definitely more to come.
